Took a trip to the Anhieser Busch Brewery in St. Loius today to tour the brewery, but we arrived to late in the afternoon. All the tours were book full. Try again some other time. We have been shopping for a new flat panel TV, still not sure what we want.

It is raining again. Trying out Knoppix live cd, Linux is a little different, but not to bad. I just playing around with it. Still like OS X better but this could be my second choice for an OS.
I have been working on a computer with an overheating problem. I found that the fan on the heatsink seemed to be running slow like the bearings might be going out. I could not find a fan of the right size to replace it with, so I am using a three speed 80mm case fan with a round shute to blow the air right on the heatsink. Seems to be working. I will let it run for a while to see.
Just back from vacation, and did it rain while we there. We went to Joplin and Branson.
I am still running Tiger 1o.4.11 on a iBook, just wondering if anybody is running Leapord on iBook and how much memory?
I am thinking about changing the name of this blog. Something to do with “Macs for the beginner.” I have both(pc and mac). I still find stuff about the Mac I have trouble with. Maybe I can help others and others can help me.
Nothing exciting happening today, gas is at $3.17 a gallon:-( Something has to be done about this. I just don’t know what!
